A hint of egg nog whipped up in these simple and delicious blondies. Worth every bite!
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray an 8″x8″x2″ pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a medium bowl, sift flour, baking powder and nutmeg and set aside. Using an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar. Stir in egg and egg nog until combined, followed by flour mixture until blended. Stir in chopped walnuts, white chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Pour into prepared baking pan and bake for 32-36 minutes until a cake tester comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack before removing from the pan and cutting.
