A super easy version of the candy that used to take forever to make!
Mix sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup and cream in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat and cook to the soft ball stage.
Slice the butter and add to the sugar mixture, stir and set aside for 10 minutes off heat.
Add the white chocolate and stir until mixed.
Finally, stir in the walnuts and pour into a foil lined, butter 8×8 pan and put in the refrigerator to cool.
Cut into squares of desired size and serve.
