This recipe was given to me by my sister’s brother-in-law. He did all of the family baking during the holidays. He shared this recipe with me when I told him I was searching for a good peanut cluster recipe for my chocoholic husband.
1. Melt almond barks together in a microwave safe bowl. Stir frequently to make sure the chocolate doesn’t scorch. Once the almond barks are melted, stir in semisweet chocolate chips.
2. Pour in dry roasted nuts, stir until all are coated.
3. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto foil or a silpat mat.
4. When cool, store in an airtight container.
Yield: 5 dozen
