Easy Ice Cream Pie with Graham Cracker Crust topped with strawberries and dark chocolate hot fudge.
Set ice cream on the counter for an hour to soften.
Break crackers up into a large Ziplock bag. Seal the bag and crush crackers with a rolling pin. Pour into bowl and mix with brown sugar and salt. Melt the butter and add it into the graham cracker crumb mixture. Stir until combined.
Pour half of the crumb mixture into an 8×8 pan and press down. Mix the rest of the mixture in with the softened ice cream. Pour on top of the pressed down mixture in the pan. Spread it out and freeze for several hours.
Take it out 15 minutes before you will be eating. Cut and place on plates. Top with fresh strawberries and dark chocolate hot fudge.
