Easy to bite and chew-never had better!
Mix peanuts, sugar and white corn syrup in a pan 3x larger than the mixture.
Bring to 300 degrees on candy thermometer – the mixture will not start to smell or turn brown until last 5-10 degrees
Stir or nuts will burn.
Once at 300 degrees take off heat and stir in the baking soda. It will foam up.
Pour onto buttered cookie sheet.
