A simple but rich chocolate pudding that’s super easy to make!
Mix sugar, cornstarch, and cocoa thoroughly with 1/2 cup milk. Heat remaining milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until steaming. Add cocoa mixture to the pan and heat until thickened, stirring constantly (2-3 minutes). Increase heat slightly if necessary to thicken. Transfer to a bowl or individual ramekins and sprinkle the tops with sugar to prevent skin from forming on the pudding. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
