This easy cherry cake has only four ingredients. It is moist and delicious!
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray your pan with cooking spray and set aside until ready to use.
Combine cake mix, pie filling and almond extract in your mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Add the eggs one at a time, making sure they are fully incorporated. Pour into a prepared pan.
Bake for 28-30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool 10-15 minutes before inverting cake from pan. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
