Very easy to make.
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a glass 8 x 8″ baking dish or pie plate.
In a large bowl, with a wooden spoon, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, melted butter and egg until it crumbles. Reserve 1 cup of the crumbs.
Spread crumbs onto baking dish or pie plate. Do not press the crumbs down. Top with sliced or chunked apple.
Sprinkle reserved crumbs over the apples and dust with cinnamon.
Bake for 40 minutes.
You can substitute the apples for any seasonal fruit. I often use plumbs, blueberries or peaches.
