Description

Want a snack that tastes like dessert and has at least 15 grams of protein and 0% fat? It’s not too good to be true!

Ingredients

  • ½ Tablespoons Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
  • ½ Tablespoons Toasted Walnuts
  • 1 container (6 Oz. Size) 0% Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Honey

Preparation

Lightly toast the pumpkin seeds and walnuts by placing them on a baking sheet under the broiler for just a minute or two. Take them out to cool momentarily.

Next, mix the Greek yogurt and the cocoa powder until completely combined.

Top with seeds, nuts, and honey (or your choice of toppings!).

That sounds like the kind of snack that I need! I will definitely give it a try!
@This Life Abundant – That is one of my favorite combos, too!

I eat greek yogurt all the time and have been looking for ways to mix it up. Making this for lunch tomorrow! One of my favorite combinations is sprinkling some cinnamon in with honey.
