Delicious brownies made with almond butter and dark chocolate (paleo, lower-sugar, gluten-free).
Preheat oven to 350ºF . Grease an 8×8 baking dish.
Next, melt the dark chocolate using your preferred method. In a large bowl, add almond butter and melted dark chocolate and mix until combined. Blend in eggs, maple syrup, vanilla and baking soda until batter is smooth.
Immediately add batter into an 8×8 greased baking dish. Note: Batter will quickly get thick from the chocolate cooling.
Bake at 350ºF for 18-23 minutes.
