Candy-coated corn flakes to eat on your ice cream.
In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, to hard ball stage (260ºF).
Place corn flakes in a large bowl; pour sugar mixture over and stir until flakes are well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool.
Break into pieces. Serve as a topping for ice cream.

I bet it you added jimmies and chopped peanuts it’d be similar to a DQ twinkle cone! Gonna try it.
