This is a great cake for St. Patrick’s Day.
Prepare one box of white cake mix as directed on package by combining the cake mix with the additional items required for the cake mix (typically water, eggs and oil). Also, add 3 tablespoons of Crème De Menthe. Bake as directed on package. Cool cake on wire rack.
Melt one container of Hershey Fudge Topping for about 20-30 seconds in the microwave, or as directed on jar. Spread on the cooled cake.
Add 3 tablespoons of Crème De Mint to an 8 ounce tub of Cool Whip. Frost cake.
