This rich pie is delicious any time of the year.
Combine first five ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes or until set. Remove pie from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes. Then pour topping (last three ingredients) over pie. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Refrigerate for at least five hours.
