A super easy and very moist bundt cake that can be made in almost any flavor!
Mix all ingredients together and beat for 2 minutes. Make sure to get all the big lumpy dry spots out.
Grease and flour a bundt pan (I use Crisco Shortening). Pour in the cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, until the cake springs back to touch.
Glaze or frost the cake while warm. I glaze my cakes with a simple glaze—just mix the glaze ingredients together.
Easy flavor variations:
1. Chocolate – chocolate cake mix and pudding mix
2. Lemon – yellow cake mix, lemon pudding mix (you can also add poppy seeds)
3. Cinnamon – yellow cake mix and pudding, alternate batter and cinnamon sugar mix, beginning and ending with batter.
You can always change the flavor of the glaze depending on the flavor of the cake.
