Description

This is the easiest, tastiest pizza you will ever make. Watch out because you will want to eat the whole thing!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Crescent Rolls (each 8 Ounces)
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Quick Oats
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1-½ stick Butter, Softened At Room Temperature
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 F. Prepare a pizza pan (12 inch) by spraying it with cooking spray or use a pizza stone (12 inch) if you have one.

Open the crescent rolls and place them on the pizza stone/pan in a rough circular shape so that the edges of each rectangle are slightly overlapping. Then use your hands and flatten the crescent roll crust into the pizza pan shape and close all the seams.

In a mixing bowl combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar, oats and cinnamon. Cut in the butter so that the mixture is crumbly, like a streusel topping. Place it on the crescent roll crust, making sure that you have spread it evenly and leaving a small 1/4 inch edge all around. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.

In a separate bowl mix the powdered sugar and milk. You want this to be thick so just dribble your milk in until you get the desired consistency. Add powered sugar as needed. Set aside.

Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly. Drizzle the icing over the entire pizza or cut slices and let everyone do their own.
