A delicious little twist on a classic.
Spray or butter a 9″ x 13″ pan.
Put the salt, cinnamon, butter and marshmallows in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave until the butter and marshmallows are melted, about 2 1/2 minutes. Mix in the vanilla and put it back in the microwave for 15 seconds. Fold the Rice Krispies into the melted marshmallow mixture and mix until they are fully coated and combined.
Spray a spatula with cooking spray, and spread the mixture into the pan. Let cool, if you can, then cut into squares.
