3 tortillas will be not be enough, as these are way too good! I used fresh flour tortillas from our bakery at our grocery store & they puffed up in the oven and the cinnamon sugar mixture slid off. I just popped them (where they deflated) & let them continue cooking. Then I took them out, turned them over, & used a spoon to scoop up what came off & put it back on, using the back of the spoon to spread it around. I baked them another 3-4 minutes. I was able to get 4 tortillas with the butter & cinnamon mixture in this recipe. You will definitely want to make more!

When I saw Ree make these on TV, I remembered some torn tortillas in my fridge. This was a delicious way to use the tortillas that couldn’t be used for tacos. As promised, easy and tasty.

OOOHHHH Ree!!! What a wonderful dessert these have made. The aroma is so inviting, but the taste is over the moon. You have a winner here, and a recipe that everyone should try. I have French Vanilla Icecream waiting in the freezer, it won’t last long with the cinnamon crisps scooping large mouthfulls. YYYUUUMMM !!! Thank you.
