Description

This Cinnamon Cookie Butter Mug Cake is a treat that you won’t want to share with anyone else! With its sweet cinnamon taste and cookie butter decadence, this mug cake is just the right amount to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups All-purpose Flour
  • ¼ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1  Egg
  • 4 Tablespoons Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil, Melted
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Cookie Butter (I Used Speculoos Brand, In The Nut Butter Aisle Of Your Store)

Preparation

Spray a standard-sized coffee mug with non-stick cooking spray.

Into the mug, pour the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Stir briefly to combine.

Add in the egg, milk, coconut oil, cinnamon, and cookie butter. Mix well so that everything Is combined.

Microwave for approximately 2 minutes and 30 seconds (2:30) or until cake is firm but the edges are still wet.

Remove from the microwave and let it cool for 2 minutes. Run a knife along the edges of the cake and then invert onto a plate.

Top with whipped cream, if desired. Enjoy!
