This is one of my favorite desserts. The zucchini makes the cake super moist. Don’t be surprised if you start eating it out of the pan with a fork.
Cream together sugars, margarine and oil. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk. Stir in all dry ingredients and beat on medium speed until well-blended. Peel the zucchini and grate 2 cups. Carefully fold in the grated zucchini and half the chocolate chips. Pour into a 9×13 greased and floured pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over the top. Bake at 325ºF for 40–45 minutes.
