Less calories than most chocolate truffles!
Break the dark chocolate in pieces and add place them in a bowl.
Next, melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat then add the double cream to it until heated. Then remove from heat add the chocolate on top of the butter and cream and stir until the chocolate is melted. Then cover and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours.
Put the cocoa powder in a shallow bowl. After 2 hours take the chocolate out of the fridge and with a teaspoon scoop out balls of the chocolate mixture. Roll them on the palm of your hands. Coat them with cocoa powder. Enjoy.
