The ultimate combination of chocolate and pecans, to form the most delicious brownies.
Preheat oven to 350ºF and coat an 8×8 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate, butter, and water. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds. Stir until smooth.
Add sugar substitute and brown sugar; stir to combine. Add eggs and vanilla; stir to combine. Stir in flour, pecans, and salt until smooth. Slowly spoon batter into prepared pan.
Bake 30 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack.
