This treat adds a salty crunch to the classic Buckeye candy!
Mix peanut butter, vanilla, butter and powdered sugar. Roll into little balls and press between two pretzels. Put on wax paper or a Silpat and freeze until firm.
Melt chocolate chips and Crisco in a small bowl. I melted mine in the microwave in 30-second bursts until it was smooth, about a minute. Dip each peanut butter pretzel bite halfway into the chocolate. Return to the wax paper and freeze until chocolate sets.
Makes about 45 bites. Delicious!

This looks so yummy and easy! Can’t wait to try them. If I had pretzels I would make them tonight. But I’m too lazy to run out for them.
