This is such an delicious, rich and easy cake, and a real show stopper. And the smell it fills your home with?! Amazing.
And I’ve screwed this recipe up a million different ways (too much oil, not enough kahlua, forgot the chips) and it’s still always delicious!
Mix all ingredients (except powdered sugar).
Include 1 pint of sour cream.
Grease and flour bundt pan (I really love the spray with the flour…works amazingly)
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
Cool.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving (really, just before serving, because otherwise the sugar turns light brown…which while still tasty is not so attractive!)
