A chocolate and citrus treat. You’re definitely going to want to try these out!
Bring a saucepan of water to a boil.
Using a sharp knife slice the ends off the orange and score the peel without cutting into the fruit. Remove the peel and it into strips.
Boil the strips in the pot of water for about 15 minutes, then drain and rinse the orange rind. Put the rinds back into the saucepan and add the honey. Mix to coat the rinds in the honey. Cook until soft, about 45 minutes, at a simmer.
Gently transfer the rinds to a rack and dry for 8 hours. Then dip the rinds in or drizzle with melted bittersweet chocolate and let harden in freezer for 1 1/2 hours.

Are these like the chocolate covered orange sticks that basically only come out around the holidays?! My mom loves those, got to try this!
