This frozen yogurt was probably the best I’ve ever tasted! It was so easy and super delicious. Do you know how many calories there are per serving?

So I made this today. It was tasty but because I used Greek yogurt it is tangy. I think it would taste better with regular yogurt. It is creamy but not in a frozen yogurt way. It is more like the consistency of peanut butter. And because I am curious and like to play around with recipes, I made two cookies out of it baked on my toaster over at 350 for 12 minutes. They came out nice with crispy edges but cake-like middle. Did not spread much at all. I want to try making it like a cupcake by adding maybe 1/4 to 1/2 cup of milk turn the dough into a cake batter. Since my son is allergic to eggs, this would make a nice little addition to my recipes and the things he can eat.

I used greek yogurt instead of just regular and it gave it a bit of a tang so next time I’ll stick to just using regular yogurt. It was sooo good though!
