This cake is super moist and a chocolate lover’s dream. Very easy to make and always a huge hit with people! One of the best chocolate cakes I have ever put in my mouth!
Mix all ingredients together (except the chocolate chunks) in a mixer for 4 minutes. Stir in chocolate chunks. Bake in a bundt pan or pound cake pan for 1 hour on 325 degrees, or until a toothpick comes out clean (it sometimes takes longer than an hour). Serve and enjoy!

Oh dear god. For. The. Love. I made this cake this past week and it is the best cake I have ever made. It was unbelievably good. My husband and I polished it off in two days. DO NOT skip the chocolate chunks… they are what makes the cake the miracle that it is. I thought about frosting it, but it doesn’t need it, it is perfect the way it is.

I made this last night and just had a piece for breakfast -yummy!!! Super moist and super simple!
I used semi-sweet chocolate chips, but next time, I will probably not add any chunks or chocolate chips. (But, I have been known to pick the chocolate chips out of chocolate chip cookies!)
I’ll definitely make this again.
It would be perfect for church gatherings or bake sales.
Oh-mine was perfectly done in exactly 1 hour, using a Bundt pan.
