Granola bars studded with chocolate chips, craisins and sunflower seeds!
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix oats, flour, chocolate chips, chocolate chips, craisins, sunflower seeds, brown sugar, and cinnamon together.
3. Add the beaten egg, yogurt, pumpkin and vanilla. Mix until combined.
4. Spread in the pan and bake 15-20 minutes (or 20-25 if you prefer crispy bars).
