I tried this I LOVED THIS! It was just like a good warm chewy choc chip cookie. It was satisfying chewy and gooey. I made a slight variation and added 1 tsp of vanilla. I think when I make it again I’m going to add 1/2- 1 tsp of salt and maybe some chopped walnuts to add some texture. My chocolate chips all sunk to the bottom too so I think next time i’ll mix the batter then sprinkle the chocolate chips (and maybe nuts) on top of the pie before baking to try and keep them from sinking. I really enjoyed this a lot and WILL make it again! Probably better than having dozens of cookies around too

I’m two bites in and this is just. so. delicious! I’m pretty sure one slice has and entire day’s worth of calories, but it’s worth it! It’s just so light and buttery…oh my.

Very yummy! I used the disposable aluminum pie plates, and I had to use two pie pans because there was so much pie filling! I froze one pie for later, which tasted just as good as the fresh one!
