Description

Can’t decide between a slice of pie or chocolate chip cookies? Have both in this amazingly delicious dessert!

Ingredients

  • 2  Large Eggs
  • ½ cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Butter
  • ½ cups Granulated Sugar
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans (or Walnuts)
  • 1 whole Unbaked Pie Crust

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325ºF.

Beat eggs until foamy. Add flour and sugars and mix until combined. Blend in butter. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 1 hour.

Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.

Help! I made this last night and it never cooked…I used dairy free butter(due to allergy)and it was still raw after an hour and 15min…was the butter the problem? I followed the rest of the recipe exact.

Easy to whip up in a hurry, and so delicious!! Great served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, but I think I like it even better right out of the fridge! So good, will definitely make again.

Awesome pie! I would definitely say to serve it with a scoop of homemade vanilla icecream! Very simple to make!
