Everyone likes chocolate chip cookies. Everyone likes pie. So, everyone will LOVE a Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie! This dessert can be put together really quickly. I usually use a frozen deep dish pie crust, but it is even better when I take the time to make a homemade pie crust. Enjoy!
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl until foamy. Beat in the flour, sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in the butter.
With a spoon or spatula, stir in the chocolate chips and the pecans.
Spoon the batter into the pie shell and even out. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set and the top is browned.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or a tall glass of cold milk.

This is very similar to a recipe I just call Chocolate Chip Pie. I usually keep a few frozen pie crusts around so I can whip this up quickly for unexpected company!
