A quick and easy no-bake snack, using only 6 ingredients, five cups and some flakes. A sweet little bite with a crunch.
Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, powdered milk, raisins, and syrup. Mix until they come together. I use my KitchenAid mixer, but it can be mixed with a wooden spoon quite easily.
Take small scoops of the mixture and roll into balls. I make mine a little smaller that a ping pong ball. Roll the balls in the crushed up cornflakes and place them on a parchment-lined plate or platter. Place them in the fridge for about 1 hour and they are ready to go.
