Fried cherry pie in a egg roll wrapper.
Heat oil in a small frying pan to 350ºF over medium heat. While oil heats, place 2-3 teaspoons of pie filling in each wrapper and wrap according to instructions on package. When oil is hot, place one or 2 egg rolls in oil and cook until golden brown; flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, approximately 2-3 minutes per side. Drain well on a paper towel and sift powdered sugar on top!

Cute idea. Didn’t work well with baking – egg roll wrapper was tough – might be better with frying.
