Crunchy, chewy, salty and sweet all in one delicious bite!
In a saucepan, heat graham cracker crumbs, sugars, butter and milk. Bring to a boil and continue stirring while boiling for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
In a foil-lined (and buttered) 13×9 baking dish, layer Ritz crackers over the bottom. Pour half of the caramel mixture over the Ritz, then lay another layer of Ritz crackers over the caramel mixture. Add the remaining caramel mixture. Repeat with one more layer of Ritz crackers. Refrigerate while continuing with the next step.
In a small saucepan, melt butterscotch and semi sweet morsels with peanut butter. Stir until smooth and creamy. Pour over the Ritz crackers and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Cut into bite size pieces and enjoy cold!

I’m always looking for something different for my g’kids and this seems to fit the bill….so will make this very soon.
I like the Keebler cracker idea too….we always have 2 boxes in the pantry ( hubby’s favorite cracker )

Mmmmm…I have a very similar recipe, but we call them Keebler Bars…we use Keebler club crackers in a single layer on a jelly roll pan, the caramel layer next, and top it off with the chocolate layer. These are our “most requested” item when we have family gatherings! I highly recommend them to all!
