Description

This is a wicked easy recipe that is very tasty. For real. I stumbled on something similar to this but it was so much more complicated. And being a college student – I wanted EASY and cheap.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Brownie Mix (20 Ounce Box)
  • Additional Required Ingredients Specified In Mix Package (typically Water, Eggs And Oil)
  • 1 bag Large Marshmallows, 10 Ounce Bag
  • 1 package Graham Crackers (just One Sleeve)

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

First, mix up the brownie mix as the box states, using the additional required ingredients specified in mix package (typically water, eggs and oil). Add in twelve large marshmallows that have been cut into forths. Take your sleeve of graham crackers and take out 5 or 6 full cookies. Crumble these into large-ish chunks and throw into your brownie mix.

Stir all the ingredients together. Put into a greased 9×13 baking pan. From there, smooth out. Take 12 large marshmallows and place on top of the brownie batter (they will brown and puff up but will deflate once cooled). Pop into your oven and bake for 22 minutes at 350F, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the brownie comes out clean.

Enjoy your Campfire (or S’Mores) Brownies!
