Description

Decadent chewy brownies with a creamy peanut butter cream cheese frosting! The tang from the cream cheese complements the sweetness and richness of the brownie.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (about 20 Oz. Box) Your Favorite Brownie Mix
  • 1 stick Regular Butter, Melted
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • ½ cups Peanut Butter M&Ms
  • 8 ounces, fluid Light Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature
  • ½ cups Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1-¼ cup Powdered Sugar, Sifted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325°. Line a 9×13 pan with foil and coat with cooking spray.

Place contents of brownie mix into a medium bowl. Add melted butter and eggs and mix with a spatula until well combined.

Fold in peanut butter M&Ms.

Pour batter into a lined baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.

Cool completely before frosting.

Place cream cheese and peanut butter into a medium size bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix until smooth and creamy.

Add powdered sugar and beat until well combined. Frost brownies when completely cooled. Store brownies in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

These were ok. I thought the frosting could have been more than what it was. The frosting was kind of bland.
