This is one of our favorite holiday pies. Cook time includes time to chill in the refrigerator.
Melt butter and combine with graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Press into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake 5 minutes at 350F. Remove from the oven and cool. In a large saucepan, melt marshmallows with milk until smooth. Remove from heat and cool. Whip the whipping cream and add the marshmallow mixture. Add grated chocolate. Pour into the crust. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
