Ingredients

  • FOR THE FILLING:
  • 4 cups Blueberries
  • ¼ cups White Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • FOR THE OAT CRISP:
  • ¾ cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • ⅓ cups Flour Or Gluten Free Flour
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together all filling ingredients.
3. Make sure that each ingredient is evenly spread throughout.
4. Pour blueberry filling into an 8×8 baking dish.
5. In a small bowl, mix together all topping ingredients. You may need to use your hands to make sure it forms a homogeneous mixture, where everything is sticking together.
6. Spread topping out evenly over blueberries.
7. Place pan into the 375ºF oven for 30–40 minutes, until topping is crispy and filling is hot and bubbly.
8. Eat hot out of the oven or cold. Top with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
9. Enjoy!
