Just made this tonight and it was sooo good! We used frozen mango’s, yummo! What an easy, versatile recipe! You can tweak this so easy to your taste’s. Thanks zoedawn!

DELICIOUS!!!
I am going to make this non-stop! The little bit of creamy unctuousness (I may have just made that word up) from the dairy with the frozen fruit makes you feel like you’re eating real ice cream, but fruity. And I might even add a little healthy. Yummy.
If I were that ultra-healthy person, which I’m not, but if I were; I would even consider adding some healthy ingredients such as a handful of spinach or the like. I used frozen blueberries one would assume they could hide any unappetizing colors or flavors.
I will admit, I made a few substitutions… I used 1/2 cup of half and half and 1/2 cup plain yogurt instead, and depending on the fruit next time; possibly a little less sugar. But this is a great recipe that can be adjusted to taste and did I mention it’s yummy?!

I made this tonight with blueberries and pineapple. It was quick and very yummy.

kathy marie…it would work but you’d lose the luscious creaminess. With milk it’d be more like a smoothie…still quite delicious!

Oh, my this looks good! Do you think it would work if I used 2% milk instead of the heavy cream?
