Here’s a quick, easy, and tasty summer dessert!
In a small bowl whip the heavy cream with a whisk attachment. In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, sugar, whipped cream and vanilla extract and beat with the paddle attachment of your mixer or with regular beaters until smooth.
Add half (60 grams) of the fresh blackberries to the bowl and beat on medium speed until just crushed.
Spoon into four (4) ½ cup-capacity (125ml) dishes or ramekins and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
Serve with the remaining (60 grams) of blackberries.
