Super easy white chocolate coconut fudge atop rich chocolate fudge. It makes a beautiful holiday gift!
Melt together chocolate chips and 1 can condensed milk in the top of a double boiler. (I use a heat-safe glass bowl set over a pot of boiling water.) Stir as it melts. Once chips are melted and mixture is smooth, pour it into a greased 8×8 pan and smooth the top. Chill for 1 hour or more.
Then melt together chopped white chocolate and 1 can condensed milk in the top of a double boiler. Once white chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth, stir in coconut. Pour mixture over chilled chocolate fudge.
Return to fridge and chill another 1-2 hours. Cut into squares.
