It wouldn’t be Easter without these little treats on the dessert table.
Put chips and peanut butter in a 2-quart microwave-safe dish. Melt until smooth and creamy. Remove from the microwave. Mix in chow mein noodles; stir to combine. Add marshmallows; stir to coat evenly.
Line a jellyroll pan with waxed paper. Spoon out candy mixture (with a teaspoon) onto the prepared pan. Top with candy of choice to resemble bird’s eggs. Refrigerate until chilled.
(I’ve also heard you can use Special K or corn flakes instead of the chow mein noodles. I haven’t personally done this, but if you do, please let me know how it turns out!)
