Description

Easy blueberry, raspberry, blackberry crisp.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Blueberries, Frozen
  • ¾ cups Raspberries, Frozen
  • ¾ cups Blackberries, Frozen
  • 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Flour
  • ¾ cups Quick Cooking Oats
  • ½ cups Butter, Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease the bottom and sides of an 8-inch square pan. Toss berries together and spread in an even layer in the pan. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spread over the berries. Bake 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown and berry juices are bubbling.

love this recipe and make it all the time! It’s a hit with everyone who’s tried it. :)
However, I do make a few changes, mostly because I only had a 9×13 pan the first time I made it. So… I use 2 x 600g bags (that’s about 21oz each for the American peeps) of mixed berries and then double all of the topping measurements. I also love the topping, so the more the merrier in my books!
