This is a quick and easy basic cream cheese frosting that hits the spot with cakes and cookies.
1. Beat butter and cream cheese together until well incorporated.
2. Add powdered sugar, making sure there are no little lumps. Perhaps best to sift it before adding.
3. Beat well together until nice and smooth.
4. Spread on cake or cookies.
5. Can be covered and stored in the fridge for later use.
Best to soften before spreading.
