This banana cake is very moist and not too sweet, with a delicious buttery crust on top.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×9 pan.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
With a mixer, cream together butter and brown sugar. Add eggs and bananas. Finally, stir in cinnamon.
Pour wet mixture into bowl with dry mixture and stir together by hand until just combined. Pour mixture into pan.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, until a knife comes out clean.
