Baked apples are perfect dessert for those who have digestive problems. They are delicious and easy to cook.
Preheat the oven to 390ºF (200ºC). Wash the apples. Scoop out cores to 1/2 inch of the bottom of the apples. Place the apples in a roasting tin laid with foil. Send to the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the baked apples from the oven and let them cool until warm (the honey will lose its health properties if adding it to hot apples).
As soon as the apples cool a bit, put 1 teaspoon of honey into each apple and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Now they’re ready to serve.
