Easy, creamy, sweet, decadent peanut butter fudge topped with milk chocolate. Yum!
Melt peanut butter and butter together in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar a little at a time.
It will get very stiff and hard to stir, so you may need to do the final mixing with your hands. Be careful as it will still be VERY warm!
Pat mixture into a 9×13 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave and spread on top of peanut butter mixture. Cool in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Cut into small pieces to serve. If chocolate starts to crack when you start to cut it, then let it sit at room temperature for a while and try again.
