Decadent Rice Krispie treats inspired by the Avalanche Bark from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory! Enjoy!
Melt white chocolate chips and peanut butter until smooth and creamy. Fold in Krispies. Allow to sit in the bowl until mixture becomes room temperature (very important). This takes about 15 minutes.
Stir in mini chocolate morsels and mini marshmallows. Pour into a buttered 13×9 pan, pressing lightly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes (or more), slice into squares, and serve cold. Enjoy!
