Very smooth, wonderful tasting fudge with walnuts!
Place marshmallows, nuts, butter, chocolate chips and vanilla in a LARGE bowl.
In a heavy saucepan, mix sugar and evaporated milk. Over medium heat, cook stirring constantly until it boils. Cook at a hard boil 9 more minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour milk/sugar mixture over other ingredients and stir until marshmallows and chocolate chips melt. Spread into a buttered 9×13 pan and refrigerate overnight.
