Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cups Butter
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 4 whole Large Eggs
  • 1 box Jell-O Custard Pudding (3 Ounce Box)
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 box Cream Cheese (8 Ounce Box)
  • 1 carton Whipping Cream (16 Oz)
  • ¼ teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 bottle Chocolate Sauce (any Size Just Using It For Decoration)

Preparation

Pastry-
In a sauce pan heat water, butter & salt to boiling over medium heat until butter has melted. With a wooden spoon vigorously stir in flour all at once until mixture forms a ball and leaves side of pan. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each additional egg and continue beating until batter is smooth. Pour into a 13 by 9 inch pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Filling-
Stir custard mix into 2 cups milk in small saucepan. Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil, stirring constantly. Lower heat, stir 8 ounce package of cream cheese into custard, mix well. Then pour onto the cooled crust and refrigerate.

Topping-
Pour whipping cream into a bowl and beat until you can make peaks with the beater, then add the vanilla. Spread this on top of the pudding layer and then pour chocolate sauce on to decorate. Run knife through chocolate sauce for better decoration!
