A cool frozen treat for fall!
Combine first four ingredients in a medium saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and strain the mixture into an 8×8 metal pan. Put the pan into the freezer and freeze it two hours, or until solid. Remove pan from the freezer and scrape the mixture with a fork so you have a shaved ice consistency. Put it into 6 individual-sized ramekins. Top with a dollop of whipped cream, cinnamon, and apple slices.
